STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days. We do not offer next working day delivery as standard however the majority of orders are delivered next working day. If you are in a hurry for a product contact us by email, phone or preferably our live support and we will be happy to advise on the lead time.
**We don't dispatch or process orders during public or bank holidays, your order will be processed the next working day**
Please note that furniture products can require 5 working days for delivery you will be informed by e-mail of the delivery date. Large items like cabinets may also incur an additional delivery charge, of which you will be notified by e-mail, before the order is processed.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders of €69.00 Ex. VAT and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.
For orders under €69.00 Ex. VAT in value: Delivery will cost €4.95(Both charges exclude VAT).
All EasyOffice.ie compatible Ink Cartridge Multipacks and Toners have free delivery regardless of the order value.
RETURNS
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.easyoffice.ie
Our compatible cartridges have a no quibble returns policy. We will exchange immediately any faulty items or refund them; this is a guarantee for the life of the cartridge.
Any unwanted goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. You are entitled to refund unwanted goods to us within 7 days under the 7 day cooling off period for a full refund.
We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee for any goods returned outside of this period or ordered in error.
We will refund your payment method used at the point of ordering.
BACKORDERS
We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered by 2 working days but if an item is out of stock when ordered it will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your payment card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
***Christmas 2020 Delivery - We are closed from December 22nd and will re-open on the 4th January, all orders placed during that time will be shipped on the 4th January***
