A compatible cartridge is a new cartridge built by a third-party manufacturer. These cartridges are not associated with the original manufacturer but are designed to work with your printer. It is important to note that all our compatible products do not infringe on any patents or are counterfeit.
Some products we offer on our site, are remanufactured. This is the original cartridge, factory rebuilt, cleaned, and refilled. Wherever possible we will offer remanufactured products as it is the greenest choice.

Yes all cartridges are chipped to work with your printer. Your printer will recognise the cartridge and display accurate ink/toner levels.

It is extremely rare a cartridge could cause a problem to a printer. You can buy in confidence with us though as we guarantee the performance of your printer if in the event a cartridge does fail.
An age-old myth to make you use original cartridges, a manufacturer can not void your warranty for using a compatible product, that is illegal.
On occasion yes they can, but so can an original cartridge. We currently have a 1% failure rate across our range and that would generally be generally be related to chip read faults.
