Yes of course, we cater for all businesses and individuals. We display our prices in both exclusive and inclusive of VAT.

We accept all major cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and we also accept Paypal. Our site is secured with the latest SSL Encryption technology giving you piece of mind shopping with us.

We also accept postal order or bank transfer but please note, the funds have to clear before we can dispatch your order.

We are happy to consider credit applications once we have built a transactional history. Some sectors we do not require any prior transactions to open accounts.

We are proud to deliver to all 32 counties on the island by courier. We can cater for delivery to other territories but please contact our office for rates and lead times.

Delivery is free on all orders over €69 ex VAT, anything below this has a delivery charge of €4.95 ex VAT. Delivery is free on all of our easyoffice.ie cartridge packs regardless of order value.

Some larger furniture items and business machines may require additional delivery charges.

Yes we will send you a dispatch email with your tracking information, you can also log into your account and track it under “My Orders”.

Contact our customer care team and we will dispatch a replacement to you immediately.

Depending on the length of time since your purchase we will be able to determine if your product is under guarantee usually 1 year.

Our compatible cartridges are guaranteed for the life of the cartridge and you are entitled to a refund or replacement should it develop a fault at any stage.

Please place an order for the correct item, contact our customer care team and we will arrange collection of the incorrect goods. The collection charge will be deducted from the refund of your original order.

Alternatively, you can return the goods to our head office in person or post/courier. Please include your order number and retain proof of sending.

If this is our fault due to a picking error, please contact our customer care team and we will arrange the delivery of the correct item immediately.

You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period to return any unwanted goods within 7 days provided they are unopened and can be resold. Please contact our customer care team and we will arrange collection at our cost.

We still accept returns outside of this period but shipping cost is non-refundable and liable for a collection charge.
